Version is actually 1.6.1. But when trying to update "Contact Text", it doesn't use what I enter - I have to edit the database manually. Also, when changing "Products" or any other page really to "inactive", it still shows on the site.

I mentioned this to you over the phone, but thought I would drop in here as well. We own Kayako and would like to utilize the helpdesk with FP if possible. I know it can be done by changing paths, but the user would have to login again. This would be a great thing to consider as the Kayako LoginShare is a great selling feature. The Kayako helpdesk is just more informative at this time, and we have been using it for some time.
